Blue light is a blue-based light that has the shortest wavelength and high energy among visible rays. It generates the strongest energy, such as smartphones, laptops, monitors, and LED TVs that we commonly use. In this area, excluding the remaining visible light, the transmittance is lowered to 20 to 30%, and eye health is required.
Long exposure to blue light in the blue wavelength band (380~500nm) emitted by most displays is not well absorbed by the lens of the eye and causes damage to the retina, which is the main cause of blurring vision and promoting aging of the eyeball. You need a filter to block the amount of exposure to the human body.
Blue light is light with high energy in the 380~500nm wavelength band. It is not absorbed by the cornea or lens, but reaches the retina directly, causing a decrease in intelligence, and has the characteristic of further refraction, resulting in a shaking of focus and sizzling shape.
